Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at client locations
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently, minimising downtime
• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Provide technical support and training to customers on-site
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Travel to various customer sites within the designated territory
• Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
• Strong electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering background
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair industrial equipment
• Experience with PLC systems, hydraulics, or automation
• Full UK driving license (essential)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
