Buyer – Construction

Work Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office

A leading construction business is looking for an experienced Buyer to manage procurement, supplier relationships, and cost negotiations. This role offers hybrid flexibility, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Negotiating contracts and monitoring budgets to maximize savings
• Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement

Requirements:

• Experience as a Buyer in construction or a related industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost control
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
